Yea, I have mplayer and the latest firmware. It was a random youtube video.

I just tried it again. The name of the video this time was "Drunk driver goes all general lee out of dfw" It is the first video under "Most Viewed"
It occurred at the start of the video,

It works great over here!!!!!

Although, the rating system doesn't work.
(didn't youtube change the rating system?)

You can do Thumps up, or down on a video now...
maybe you guys can add that too?

great app, but is there away we can watch or load with full clips with HQ OR HD ? somehow let the headers detect and load it with HD or HQ ?

We have been doing some tests with HD and it seems that the current HW can not play in HD (or to be more specific the mplayer we use is not taking everything out of the OMAP3). So some type of "HD" you could play but for true HD, e.g. 720p or 1080p there just is not enough power. It works fine with desktop, but that does not help N900 users...

i dont mean like real HD on N900, but at least better quality than the default youtube detected on our N900, for examp 360p or High Quality (HQ)
i have experimental with changing the useragent to desktop, or fully HD, the youtube detect and let me decide whether 360p...480p..720pp on HD clips or low quality, medium quality or HIGH quality on HQ clipx.

Hi All N8x0 users,

Diablo version of @scene is now available from extras-devel.

Let's hope it works for a while now. As YouTube seems to be constantly modifying its API we can not guarantee how long it works.

Why has no one commented or given thumbs up for the @scene fremantle version?

Our opinion is that 1.2.4 should go to extras as it works better than the one that was there. But if the community process does not work - how can the app ever get to extras?
