Looks like the osdir article is simply an announcement that Nokia started shipping units in Europe (if you follow the 'corporatemedianews' link); note the price in Euros and the date of Nov 11th.
I have a feeling we would have seen a post by now about it if they were shipping. I'm checking my order status as well as email pretty regularly in the hopes that they do indeed ship out today. It's looking pretty unlikely, though.
