How Can i Call My PC?

i have a Ekiga account and when i call it Disconnect, and When i call With my Voxalot account in N810 it Takes 30 Sec. then Disconnect

how can i Call PC Video

i installed RTCOMM and i update it Then i Press NEW INTERNET CALL then i found new services Such as, Ekiga, SIPPhone

do i need to Break the OS or use X Terminal to do some thing SO i can call PC video?

I dont know what to do
