No, not Diablo anyway (don't know if a backport exists to 2.6.21).
For Fremantle, http://repository.maemo.org/pool/fre...free/k/kernel/ suggests that the kernel has support for it but will not be enabled by default. It's trivial for someone to enable the ext4 modules and do a make modules. But this is Fremantle, I have no idea (and don't really care) about ext4 on Diablo.
