a) An option to activate and de-activate the moving/dragging functionality of any applets on the main screen (it should allow selecting/clicking, etc but not move/re-size),
I don't however see a way to set the default sensitivitity of the microphone through the regular control panel.

Would it be possible to achieve the following two things by developing apps for it:
Don't Move That App!
a) An option to activate and de-activate the moving/dragging functionality of any applets on the main screen (it should allow selecting/clicking, etc but not move/re-size),
Thanks!

Can You Hear Me Now?
b) I noticed that the Seqretary voice recorder has a sensitivity setting for the built in microphone and I tried it out and maxing that setting really makes a difference. I don't however see a way to set the default sensitivitity of the microphone through the regular control panel. Would it be possible to develop an app where this sensitivity could be set and it would be applicable to any application you use (Skype, Gizmo, voice recorders, etc..etc..)?
Thanks!
