can someone tell me how to fix the sound back to normal. i installed debian and gnome alsa mixer and played around with it. can someone help me restore it to defaults or send me a screenshot of how it should look

Just reboot the device.

Unless you're booting to Debian (with bootmenu and not using a chroot or something like that), in which case just backup then delete /etc/asound.state .
