I think I see your problem. If you download any application file that has the extention ".install" it is like a shortcut to the actual application file that is stored on a server such as Maemo.org. Your N800 must then have internet access. If however you download an application file that has the extention ".deb" then it can install from that file without internet access. Of course, now your next question will probably be "How do I get the mCalendar.deb file? Perhaps someone else can help you with that.

actually i cannot access to internet connection, I'm disappointed with this product, as I couldn't connect it to wlan, nor public wifi...

Did you buy it used? If so, something may be wrong with your unit.

I would suggest a reflash ( http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware )

You can download the necessary files on your pc, then connect the n8x0 via usb.

I bought mine new, and I've never had a problem connecting to wifi.
