Is anyone else who is sponsored going to be arriving on Friday and leaving on Monday? That was the only way that the Nokia travel agent could get me there. If there is somebody else on that schedule in the hotel, maybe we could share a room and see if Nokia would be willing to shift the reservation. It's three nights either way, but as things stand now my room will be empty on Thursday night while I'm in midair over the Atlantic....
Next year we're going to need to coordinate this earlier and better.
It's always a tough balance between starting early enough that things don't turn into a train wreck in the last few days before and starting late enough so people aren't having to plan too far ahead.
