Hi,

Is it possible to shot a picture and save it somewhere with the Internal N810 camera using the command-line?

Need a function like this to evaluate some software I`ve written.

Would be great if someone can help me!

Thanks, riderman

I'm pretty sure you could use mencoder (comes with mplayer) for this. I know there were people using it to take images before. I'd search for that here on the forum and you should find someone using a command line to grab an image from the camera.

This is the thread I was thinking of: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...light=mencoder

Hi,
thats something I allready tried, but much to complicated for only this purpose.

But I found a way: http://easy.garage.maemo.org and some python made it possible.

Thank you anyway!
