I was wondering if there could be any way to achieve this.
Doing Handwriting with the pen while you rest your hand on the screen.

Since the Fullscreen Keyboard can be activated by pressing your big thumb on the screen (as oppossed to the small pen which it ignores) it would "just" have to do the opposite, ignore the big field of pressure (your hand resting on the screen) and only "listen" to the sharp and small pen-input.

Ok good idea, now how do we get that ?

I don't think your hand will fit on the screen if you're trying to write on it. The 770 apparently can physically detect more than one point of pressure though.
