Mardy wanted them to be 72 x 72 with the content of the buttons 64 x 64. I'll see whats up and resize accordingly.

Yes, but this case is different: we are not using this icons inside hildon widgets, but as overlays on the map.

what's the difference between "route" and "path" ?

is "route" with turn by turn navigation?
in that case, to make them a bit more different, maybe you could add "dominant" arrows in 3 directions (u/l/r), to hint at the navigation?

I believe path is to see where you have been, and route is to map a route, not sure about voice nav. Hopefully mardy can come and clear that up, I think I have 2 more icons to go. I'll try to see what I can do about the path icon, it isn't very intuitive.
