[Release] Mer/M5 Theme - Marina. - maemo.org

Hello there.
Now that plenty of you have the devices I need your help to test my theme I've been working on for a while. It's called "Marina", I made it as default-wannabe theme for Mer and Maemo 5.
Looks like this:

Very well done, I like it.
Marina (http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=480) will surely be delighted!

However, the close and back buttons buttons are now missing on the windows. They're there but not visible. And switching themes made my browser crash (but I don't think that's the theme's fault).

Get the button issues right and promote it to extras-testing. It's well done.

I'll update this post with bugs (if) as I find them.

Here's one:

The grey arrow in the URL entry box doesn't look good:

As you can see, the cog icon is slightly more "highlighted". Also, the Twitter and Facebook icons do not have a similar border like the Google does and there is no way of telling if you have pressed the Twitter/Facebook shortcuts as they do not "highlight". Finally, that shortcut bar with Ovi icons is missing an Ovi logo, but I think that it is the widget to blame there, and not your theme:

The RSS Feed Reader applet is a little messed up, and the Media Player Applet looks nicer when transparent:

Oh, BTW, how is the SDK install going?

Update: works after reboot. It also required a reboot to make the icons change.

I don't want to reboot every time I change themes. This is not windows!

You have had to reboot after theme change since there way theming on Maemo I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Can you confirm this bug?

The highlight missing?

I had that in my theme and I am pretty sure, that it's Theme Maker bug.
