Of course, that email only postpones the pandemonium ongoing in this thread by another week at most. Give it a few days, and everybody will start getting twitchy and restless again.
Note that I don't expect the DDP to start moving before the device is officially released, so please redirect all your possible pandemoniums to the usual "when is it released" threads.
