Hi,
FBReader is must-have application on my N810. I have a suggestion:

user changes pages by pressing 'volume' buttons on top of N810. It is not _so_ comfortable when you are reading book in Landscape orientation.

Is it possible to assign 'Next page' and 'Previous page' to the Joystick's buttons? E.g. such a scheme:

- Joystick-right - Next page
- Joystick-left - Prev. page
- Ctrl + Joystick-right - Jump forward (many pages, as Joystick-right now)
- Ctrl + Joystick-left - Jump backward (many pages, as Joystick-left now)

Also it will be useful to switch keypad backlight OFF, if it possible

Yes, dpad(joystick) up and down keys will do next and previous, just change the Scrolling options in Preferences, I can't remember if it's Large scrolling or Small scrolling, change it to "No overlapping".

when holding fbreader portrait on my device, I have the following key combinations:

ENTER: fullscreen/window

DPAD_RIGHT: PrevPage
DPAD_FIRE: NextPage
DPAD_LEFT: NextPage

In my crate thingy, its easy to rest, hold and read whilst lay in bed

Yep, it works! Thanks!
Only one thing left - a keypad backlight is quite annoying when reading

holding it comfortably, whether normal or rotated the bezel on the device is just too small for me to use without catching the screen.

when lay in bed reading the size it perfect to rest on my chest and my hand simply keep it in position (whilst thumb remains on next page button), before this I could not get comfy and hold my nokia and turn pages for an extended period without either gorilla arm or catching the screen and jumping, or even worse dropping it.

keeping it safe, im not afraid to handle it just like a book, before I had nowhere safe to leave it without risking knocking it off.

writing, the biggest reason and the one you don't think is worth it.
I write an awful lot with my tablet. writing on a raised surface for an extended period is simply not right, your wrist is held at the wrong angle.

stability, there is also the problem of writing with the keyboard still out - try it - the 810 tips backwards when you place it flat and write on the top half of the screen.

usability, with it in its cradle it sits at the correct angle in front of my monitor - i can press and use the screen without it moving - trying the same with the kickstand I need to hold the device with one hand to stop it sliding.

for the couple of hours work me and my dad put in its been a practical and useful daytime case for my nokia
