The reason why I feel this much hate for monopolies will be explained one day... but until then you'll either have to agree or disagree.

We've moved on since then.
Well, the only thing that chrome has is speed And speed comes first you know. When you get all the features, the speed is usually not so... fast

Anyway, Google is working on their js engine, but they don't make the whole browser. WebKit and FF are on par about features. The only one lagging behind is IE which still keeps the biggest part of the pie AND has Bing by default.

And I want to mention that I'm not against Google (though I don't like Microsoft)

Not anymore... check out 3.6.
Only Chrome 4.0 might be faster...

Its too early for me to go nightly. FF 3.5 is also faster than Chrome in some situations. For me its fast enough anyway, I'm not playing with jumping balls everyday.

I use Firefox with vimperator, but if it wasn't for vimperator I would probably use Chrome since it seemed snappier when I tried it.

I haven't found any specific bug or anything else that's of a serious matter. Apart from some minor glitches I'd say 3.6 b1 is pretty safe. And in case you're worrying about security and stability update, this isn't exactly 3.5's major advantage either (3.0 is "safer").

The beta was delayed a few days in order to fix such issues. Keep in mind that the difference between alpha and beta is huge. Well... the difference between beta and release candidate is also existent, but it's significantly smaller.

No, you misunderstand Until 3.5 I was on auto updating nightlies, so I'm not worrying that something will break.

Crashier too, I couldn't open 10 sites in a row without it crashing at least once
