I first canceled my amazon for newegg. Then canceled newegg for Dell mine came to 481.22 New York state tax... Boo! But still cheaper I can wait gadgets are expensive save where you can...

Dell CS says the date is a guess since the product is not released yet. I do not mind waiting a few days if needed and save $90.
Even with tax (up to 10.25% in the US) this will still be much less then the next lowest reputable price of $559. My only concern it that they'll give you trouble for ordering from the small business site as an end user & that they'll ship out later then newegg, amazon, buy.com though dell's confirmation say by or on 12/10.
You would only get in trouble if you claimed a tax exemption and had no valid business tax ID.
