Ask for the manager (I think his name was David?) and see if he will confirm absolutely monday for collection. When he won't, ask him what changed from yesterday and whether he'd be willing to offer refunds for all the people promised a monday collection date..

so their hardly replying to emails or phone calls, they should open at 10 but were still shut at 10.35, 600 pre-order units, I reckon they've got them but need time to sort them all out, you could be in luck Nirave, lets us know!!
