yeah i can confirm after speaking with kevin on the phone yesterday and emailing jon at NFS my phone will be delivered to me before 10am tuesday morning
when i rang kevnin said he was looking at my contract and confirmed the phone was in this was about 5 last night (friday)
i emailed jon my PAC and he emailed to say he was going to ring today and confirm all my details and then will ship it to me monday morning and i will get it first thing tuesday i cant wait
Makes sense as the NFS closed @ 5pm yesterday for "staff training"...

I *reordered* 5 days ago now, and have been waiting since October, and have still heard **** all about when it's going to ship
Bunch of clowns man working down there. Why can't they just give us a flippin date. I been waiting since end of October but ordered on tuesday evening. The people on the phone are helpful as well. I told them I am going to cancel my order and the lady said "shall i cancel it for you now". Talk about valueing customers. lol.
The other thing is that when you try and find out when you will receive the phone, the person always says you are in a que. We know we are in a que just us the dam date. Sorry sir you are in a que.

For those caught up in the CC fiasco, the treatment you recieved is appaling. Saying that I ordered on 20/10 but included battery in my order and I will recieve it on Monday, so later than many Nokia preorders and by the looks of it some NFS preorderes. Saying that, I kept the code discounts so cant complain. Nokia and co's preorder performance has been terrible. Hopefully they will learn or else the release of Maemo 6 platform will be even less well recieved due to its broader appeal. When does the N900 go on standard sim-free release at the NFS?
