did anyone, who order on Nov 23rd, get a email confirming that they're item is being shipped out and get a tracking number because this is the email that i got from them.....after complaining to them. My estimate delivery date was on Dec 7th but after failing to ship the item out i emailed them to check and the delivery estimate date changed to Dec 14 with two days shipping......
I have looked at your order and can see that you pre-ordered this phone on Nov 23, 2009. We then gave you Estimated shipping and delivery dates, these were just estimates.
Pre-orders are on a first come first serve basis. As many other people have also ordered this phone, the amount of stock we had in would go to the people who first ordered this phone. I'm sorry if this is disappointing news.
So at the moment the phone is temporarily out of stock and as soon as it is in stock again it will get shipped in the order of the date people placed the order. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the item.
I hope this is not too much of an inconvenience to you.
Hmm they charged my card but no shipping tracking info.. and it's suppose to arrive by tomorrow. Haha.. maybe they were in a hurry and they forgot to slap on that tracking #.
Ordered December 5th, agreed to amazon prime trial, paid for 1 day shipping. Says estimate is 10th December. I'm gonna sing when i get it.
