John12, I got the same canned response today after emailing the help desk to check on my 2-day shipping change,

"I can confirm that we still expect to ship your order by December 8. It should be delivered to you by December 10."

It's not like they're calling down to the shipping department for physical confirmation, what they're confirming is just what they see on the screen.

We can only hope their screen is correct and that they don't run out of stock! (Ordered Nov 20 Super Saver Shipping changed Dec 5 to 2-day Shipping and it's still in Not Yet Shipped status)

Got some bad news again.. Amazon might be out of N900 for all pre-order after 20th Nevember again... =_=! Very terrible. Lots of people talked to the CSRs and got a very similar response that they are OUT OF STOCK.. They do not know when they will be restocking again..

Anyway my hope was destroyed again. Due to this report from people on Amazon Forum. A broken dream with broken hope..

Two things I noticed from tracking my package.

    1) It's from KY for some reason Amazon is receiving N900 from Nokia or whomever Nokia ships through there.
    2) They work late! My package didn't get packed up till around 7:42pm and picked up around 10:30pm. It's already in VA (I believe MD to KY is a 9 hr drive according to my classmate who is from KY)

I hope they don't try to delivery it while I'm at work or my dad is at work. o.O

    Hello,

I'm sorry there's a delay shipping your order. Unexpected changes in supply occasionally increase the time it takes to prepare and ship your order, we certainly didn't expect that this would happen.

Looking into your order, I see that Nokia N900 Unlocked Phone is back-ordered. Rest assured that we are working hard to get this item and ship it as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that your item may be available via an Amazon Marketplace seller (you'll be able to see if this is the case by conducting a normal product search on Amazon.com). If one of our partner sellers has the item, feel free to cancel your outstanding order and place a new one with Marketplace merchant.

When this item is back in stock, we'll ship it out to you as soon as we can and we won't charge you for the order until then. We'll send you an e-mail letting you know when your order is under way.

If you haven't received a shipment confirmation by December 10, 2009, let us know by visiting the URL below:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contac...my-stuff.html/

If you'd rather cancel your order, I understand. To cancel your order, go to the URL below and click the "Need to cancel an item?" button:

I am very disappointed right now.. (=_=) very upsetting with Amazon bullCrap. If I have another choice I would of cancelled it already. But I dont have any choice any more.

Their politics is to keep delaying day by day each time they email you. Yesterday they said 8th December, Now they said 10th December, FARK.. tomorrow they will say 12th December and 14th Dcember.. And so on.. How to the fark do we have trust in Amazon now?? My order keeps getting pushed back even with the prime account! this is unacceptable. Once this whole thing over i'm going to quit their PRIME bullcrap.
