It's the "advanced clock plugin" available in the repos.

Once installed:
Settings > Advanced Clock Plugin > DateTimeClock

Got a new N900 and finally finished setting it up.

Screen 1, with invisible QBW on the right hand side to lock the device and invisible QBW over the email icon to send/receive as i click it.

Screen 2:

Screen 3, with Friendly FM and custom icons for CuteTube, KMplayer, tvcatchup, and qtirreco

Screen 4, photo, location, transparent yellow notes

Screen 5, calendar should have D4rk's angel background but it disappeared. Custom icon for swappolube (actually same icon, removed background)

Screen 6, games & stellarium, moonphase, 'G' and 'S' are QBW for general and silent profiles, and cellular/wifi strength below and uptime and rootfs used.
