don't worry, done some photoshopping and got it all sorted. It's transparent when it's just on the desktop, different background for the squares when apps are open, and the white background/glow for notifications.

if yes then how did you change the background , which path to the background ?
or you are using haricks codes and that square is fitted in the desktop ?

The black square behind the omweather is part of the desktop, kindly donated by Futtawah, all the black bars are the desktop and the photo i took and it slots over the existing photo that was in the background
