Just google opifico font, and you will come across it.
To replace icons, you need either filebox or to use ssh. ( You will also need rootsh insatlled) Then navigate to /usr/share/themes/your-theme-name/images/wmTaskLauncherIcon
rename your icon to wmTaskLauncherIcon an replace the original one (backup originals first)
As for queen beecon widget, power search for "qbw for noobs" thread, and this will help you to use it. I have to go to work now, so don't have the time to explain, but the thread is worth reading to get to learn queen beecon. It's one of the best things on this phone, and is very powerful.

Spend my day on customizing my N900,
followed this thread, thx to karam. But my shortcut bar for portrait mode didn't work and although there was this message "NOTE : ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T USE CSSU"
i installed CSSU Features Configuration Editor and i also needed this to let the shortcut bar to drop down and finaly reinstalled the two .deb files in X-terminal with dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/hd*.deb and that did the job.
Only posted screen 1 and 3, nr. 2 is for contacts en 4 is privat

Hi please smile. Only just noticed your request for the icon. It's nothing special. Place it in usr/share/themes/your-theme-name/images
The name of the icon that you are replacing (backup original first) is wmTaskLauncherIcon and you probably will want to change wmTaskLauncherIconPressed as well.
If you wanted to create your own icon, make the image 112x56 and .png format.
