My screen has a few minor scratches, maybe from panning websites with the stylus. The scratches are hardly noticable but there. When noticing them I bought a screen protector. But now there are lots of small scratches on the protector.
The protector however is good for using fingers as you won't see fingerprints.
I always used the grey case that came with the N770, but since last week it's now in a nice leather case.
I have no scratches and I use no screen protector, but I do use the cover always when not in use. I have had ony one problem with the screen, a small dead spot over the "s" on the small onscreen keyboard. The location also made it very difficult to use the handwriting recognition.
I sent this in for repair, it arrived on Dec 1 at repair facility. Today is 31 days since it has been recieved and it not repaired yet. They keep telling me they are waiting on parts, cmon, its a repair facility, they dont have the parts in stock? More BS I am sure, Tuesday I will finally get to call and demand a new one be sent, I honestly just want any one back 31 days with no 770 is killing me.
