After installing a few apps and importing a few messages using smsimporter I tried to backup my content (Calenders, COntacts, Communications) using the stock backup app.

I am getting the following error:
"Backup Error Occured"
and then the program stops running.

I have reflashed using both Nokia Software Updater & Flasher 3.5 and tried to restore factory settings all to no avail.

I am getting ready to send the device in to the Nokia Care Point in Alabama.
Anyone else have this issue?

Did you do a eMMC flash also as thats where some user files are kept, doing this will REMOVE all user data tho.

I did just a firmwarer flash. I was wondering why some of my user data remained.
I will try the eMMc flash tonight & report back.

I also had nokia messaging disappear from my email providers as well as Conversations desktop widget stopped displaying messages after the import.
