i have also just noticed when clicking 'save as' in leafpad on this and any file, leafpad crashes and terminal reports 'Segmentation fault'. this never did this with v27. im definitely having stability problems with v32!
Could not spot anything wrong with it.. it should work. Maybe if you raise the volt little i get's better?
I noticed another thing though.. if i avoid freqs by removing them from my default setting. They will still be avoided while using my temp setting. Even though they are not avoided there.
The only difference between v27 and v32 was the deinstallation script and
removal of two useless USB modules. so it must have been your undervoltage settings?
I need testers for the new v33 kernel that add all the new features from v28 except for
at least two changes (preinit, Multitables) that previously caused some crashes:
Everything was fine on v27. Then updated to v32 and all appears ok other than i did encounter a crash when streaming video through the media player. Resulted in a straight reboot. Dont know if anyone else can reproduce this problem on v32?

please elaborate: what are the two settings and how do you apply them.
does "kernel-config show" show that they are avoided?

Yes, i have set up my default to be 250-600mhz. So i thought i could avoid the above 600. I "kernel-config load default" and "kernel-config default default".
"Kernel-config show" looks as it should here with the avoided freqs.
Then i have a starving setting with 250-805mhz and only 125 are avoided. I "kernel-config load starving" but then..
the "kernel-config show" shows 250-850 correct but on the avoided string it still shows the same avoided freqs i have in the default settings.
