Thats the same error i get trying to connect with my 2003 server, rather odd and not sure why!

1. Does it work with windows 7 home premium
2. Do I have to set up something on my PC first
What I have done so far
I did allow remote assistance on my PC
I used rdesktop to connect to the local IP of my PC then entered my username and password
And what should I enter in Domain?
(I used my workgroup)
I get:
rdesktop cannot work properly as there is some problem with the connection network
