How can it be possible to watch on the N800, what is the amount of internet data that was consumed from the provider for uploading and downloading?
Is there any counter application on the N800?

I need to control and minimize my data consumption, ar the point where I am now

There is Personal Data Plan Monitor in the maemo.org catalogue.

EDIT: sorry, I overlooked that you need it on N800.
