Thanks guyz. it is working well
I have some questions, there is about 0.25 sec delay of the screen when I pressed a buttom on ps3 controller. is that normal?
also, the buttoms are not very responsive to rapid pressing action. like playing captain commando on drnoksnes, the punching is not fast enough on gameplay even I press rapidly. any solution?

This is rather DrNokSNES issue. Open terminal and try there - you will notice no delay.

    Do you edited your bluetooth/main.conf?
I had removed the disabling for input devices to connect a bluetooth mouse. After I putted the the "input" back in the main.conf my controller connected correctly.

thank for the reply. yes a bit too late now. i have already reflashed my device and got it working after. but one main issue is my qtirreco remote is not stopped working with my TV after the reflashed. I certainly no idea why it won't work. This sixaxis thing can't be related to my infrared server right?

    Does not work

The last time you use glove pie,

You start it up, press run, fire up the PS3 controller while connected via USB and press the PS button a few times....

Whats the point of that? the guide doesnt tell me to transfer any files to the n900 afterwards.

    Controller will not connect.

Basically, glove pie is the software to match n900 bt mac address to your ps3 controller. then ps3 controller can pair with n900.

make sure you type in the right mac address at glove pie sixaxis.pie

got this working perfect with drnoksnes, i used xev from x11-utils eventually and checked to display my ps3 buttons, they were corresponding to letters on the n900 keypad. All i did was go to controller config in drnoksnes and change them to my corresponding ps3 controller buttons, i didnt change a line of code in x-term. good smooth job all round smoku

    BlueIce

just plug your controller back into your PS3 with the cable and press the ps button until it synchs up again voila!
