You have to pair the controller to your n900. click the link in the very first post.
Also, be aware that the bluetooth address you enter in sixpair is case sensitive, i was stuck for a while until i entered it in lowercase, as shown in my 'about this device' screen on my n900...

im trying to config the address in my x terminal but when i execute the command it says root is not in the sudoers file.
is there another way to do this through windows? I tried the windows guide mentioned in this thread but no luck and is there any other way to do it without downloadin the 700mb buntu file?
