A lot of them tried it before, but GeoHotz was able to hack PS3 in five weeks... Nokia can't debug their own software in five months... I can't belive it, I will play PS3 ISOS BEFORE my N900 is working properly.

unfortunately this is the current level of tmo. I've been waiting thins to settle down but no... it makes me pretty sad.

for me this is just what I expect to happen. After all this is the main area for n900 chats. Who buys n900? A lot of ppl who shouldnt have And so we have a combination of all the funny and angry ppl, kids and adults, around the *main* area of tmo. Just the nature of the room.
For example, no such stuff on the development forum side, cuz only the ppl who write code hang out there, but here we can expect anyone.
Kind of entertaining for me, i am not usually bothered with these threads, a couple of laughs is good for me ...
editing: on a lil serious note, there is just one time when I'm bothered by such threads, and thats when I type tmo on my browser and the page is rendered, my first looks go to "Active Topic" list on the right. There if most of the threads are of less significance like these, it bothers me if other more important threads go down the recent list just bcuz more ppl are posting on less important threads like these. So clicking on the "New Posts" link becomes a must i think.
Of course I'm not serious. Just joking... 80-90 users reading this thread... we all hitting "refresh" on n900 app manager one time, and another time... we'll break our touch screen...
