With this app, can I see the number the person called from ? Currently, if I have multiple numbers saved for a contact and the person calls, all I get is a name in the call log without the actual number, which makes is impossible to know whether the person called from home or cell.

x2 please. This would be really helpful!

Shame that the same happens in Conversations.. There's a bunch of people in my Contacts for whom I have several numbers. Sometimes, one has been dropped and I'll only know about it long after. With Conversations, as long as you reply on the same "thread" you'll know the message was sent to that number, but if I want to call them, for example, I'm stuck trying to trip the name-resolution code and hope I get that one time where it resolves the name for the number slow enough that I can read at least a part of it and know which number to call.

The reason why Extended Call Log is so useful is that, well, it "extends" the firmware's built-in call log.. So if I'm looking up a call from someone who's no longer on the Phone app log, it'd be really helpful if we could visualize the number too.

First of all, I'm an idiot.. Yes, if you press (or doubleclick) on the contact you wish to see more details on, it'll tell you which number was used and the time and date the call was made, received or missed.

Got too obsessed about the way Conversations works that I didn't remember about it -- had been using it for a while now, though, so yeah, I'm dense.

One thing, though, and I don't know if the poster you replied to was referring to this (as opposed to the time and date when a call was placed): is it possible to know the call's duration? I mean, for received and (especially) outgoing calls, of course. Don't know if the system stores this info too..

You should have looked at the "Details" tab, it explains which dependencies are missing.

Since other apps have had auto-builder issues, prompting the dev to revert changes, I'm guessing some code/packages are being built with system libraries which will be made available once the next firmware update comes out (PR1.2), and until such time -- since those libraries aren't available for normal download, they come as a full "suit" (firmware upgrade) so as to ensure compatibility -- apps compiled against those are uninstalable by anyone who is still running PR1.1.1 (3.2010.02-8).

Though it'd be really nice if matrim would comment on the matter. (btw, matrim, must have missed your first post -- no call duration on the database, eh? that's a real shame and a huge thing that the devs overlooked)

Sorry for the delay, I didn't see the updates to the thread.

I think the update \ install problem is related to the SDK \ autobuilder update to PR1.2. But TBH, I'm not sure what is causing the problem as it was working fine and then without any change by me it stopped installing for some people. I also have the same problem with another app that uses the rtcom-eventlogger librarys

For not I'm putting the problem down to the update and when PR1.2 is out it should hopefully fix the problem.
