Hello,

i can confirm that german channel list doesn't work for days
after today.

Some stupid questions:

1) Can i use showtime offline after pulling down all informations i
need? When i restart the app the downloaded listings seem to
be lost.

2) Can i download all data for my favourite channels and/or
for the whole week at once?

Bug found, and I don't really know how to report it so I'll do it here.

Using Showtime 1.0-3:
1) Go one day ahead in time
2) Try to download data, the data should not exist for this bug to reproduce
3) On the next day, try to re-download the data from the same channel
4) It will tell you that no data is available

It should download the data and display it correctly. Assuming you use Xmltv Sverige for Swedish programs I know that this day have program data. Maybe this is fixed in 1.0-5, I have yet to try.

EDIT: Also, 1.0-6 doesn't start.

ver 1.0-6 is available now.
The data source url's had a minor problem which is corrected.

Sorry I could not get a chance to test all channels for all regions.
Im going to rely on you for telling me that
otherwise Il have to hire my family for doing the testing

let me know how this goes
BTW after installing just do the following as well
that deletes the cache, as it would be wrong due to the wrong urls.

yes you can, the data is stored locally and deleted when its about 2 days old.
so when you click go, if the data exists locally it doesnt go online.

not for the whole week at once at the moment, but yes for daily.
I kept that out so that we dont abuse the sources.
as i mentioned previously if you have 10 favourites on 10 different channels
you will download almost 10*7=70 files ( assuming 1 per day )
some datasources generate data weekly, maybe i can add an option for those regions , a button to get weekly data.

I have tons of grabber urls with me and so does google
But sorry I need some place to directly download already generated XMLTV files, I dont have intentions to generate them myself and host it for all regions , for obvious reasons

Ive had 3 requests already for dutch channels, ill look around for any sites hosting this, you can check and let me know too.
Or if you are willing to run a cron job to generate the data using a dutch grabber and then host it somewhere for the rest of us that would be nicer .

hello krk969,

i downloaded the latest version 1.0.6 and removed the mentioned
directory /opt/showtime/data/de/.de, added one channel
to my favorites, downloaded the list for today and restarted the
app. Nothing seems to be cached?!
