Ok, I just had to be the first to say this:

It is more than possible to run a xbox 360 (or even ps3) emulator on an N900.

However there are a few small catches which should be obvious

Without further intro the "how to" simply put in 4 steps:

1. Add a 360 or ps3 emulator to a pc

2. add the vnCviewer program, and run it. You will be able to acces the computer

3. Use the ps3 controller hack on these forums, run it also

4. access you emulator.

I know, my intro was kinda misleading but still.

And your frame rates may be just as bad as if you were running them straight from the n900. But you do have a point. It can be done!

Sorta.

I can also run Windows 7 and play world of warcraft through rdesktop.

I don't understand the point?
It's like watching a NASCAR race on tv, and saying you're driving the actual car! Your point is good, I'm not bashing you, but when using VNC I can't even play Diablo 2 because the framerate is too bad and it's laggy as hell!!!
Would be nice though :P

this is not "xbox 360 running on your n900" at all
it is exactly the same as running a video of Crysis with highest settings on the n900 and claiming i'm running Crysis on my phone lols

No Its Not........

Also, I doubt the FPS would be more than 1 at any given time....

That's for sure but still, I believe the title should be worded otherwise.
Just my 2c.

That's exactly what PSP and Sony Ericsson's Aino doing with Remote Play on PS3
And also Spawn Lab's HD-720
So, it's doable but you can't use VNC for that, it has to be something more optimized for this purpose

Not XBox360 on N900, but more likely PS3 on N900 if someone will port the Open Remote Play from PC to N900.
Is the Linux version working yet?

The N900 is able to run PSX / N64 / (PSP) Emulators but that's the limit. It is not possible to emulate a faster console with a decent speed on the N900.
