Seems you already have an idea of what you want... just get it and come back here and whine.

Yes battery life is terrible for traveling, but day to day use if you have a routine life it's OK. You can totally drain battery in 4h on heavy load. It will go something like 8 on normal use, Also disabling wifi, bt helps but then i sort of loosed the point and the slogan online as it happens...

P.S. by normal use I mean music, rss, email, and 15min of calls always online on skype.

    talking about usage,
I watched top gear on 3g connection yesterday (video), and battery went from full to 70% in about 15 minutes.
that would mean I will not get to watch the whole 1 hour episode on a full battery ... nothing was running in the background.

Yes this device is a BEAST at connectivity and multitasking, but they failed at battery life. I mean its like those gaming laptops, they are portable and powerful as desktops, but they cost a lot and have a full half-hour battery life

When you open the back cover of n900 there looks that there is plenty of unused space...

I'm so surprised of quick response in this forum haha I never seen this before !!

    Thanks to all

I choose n900 first because panorana desktop I can put many thing that I want to desktop and I can use it easily and web browser, I think it the best in the market right now.

I think battery is not a problem for me, I just use it with Edge or Wifi sometime When I travel or boring, other than that it will stay in my pocket.

I don't care about media because I have ipod already, I don't use it at all.

In my day life I not use a call much just a few time in a day and a few sms. I always use in night time I always have phone call in night but I think I can charge it when I use it.

I started to love this community, and now it become a one reason that I will buy this

What you think about these, n900 is the phone for me?

I think my post is not clear sometime because of my poor English, sorry about that, I will post again and again to give my information. So everyone can discuss about it. Thanks again

Well plenty of angry people are getting rid of N900, my friend got one from UK almost brand new for 250GBP so If you can get it cheap you can give it a shot, but not for the price i paid. Software part is way to immature to pay all the price, and when it will get better the hardware will be outdated...
