In the past when I connected and set my gtalk presence to "on", my speed contacts applet would list my 3 selected people with an indicator showing if they were on or not. Now, it seems it doesn't. sometimes it might, mostly it doesn't. Not even a red dot for them.

Is this something I've borked? Something that has changed in an update? (i'm not running the last 2 updates). Maybe something with GTalk's servers? Were it the latter, I'd suspect I'd still be getting a red dot for them.

any thoughts?
