I found alternative value for the first constant:
    SND_PCM_TSTAMP_ENABLE -> SND_PCM_TSTAMP_MMAP

    The other missing constants:
    SND_PCM_NO_AUTO_RESAMPLE
    SND_PCM_NO_AUTO_CHANNELS
    SND_PCM_NO_AUTO_FORMAT

SND_PCM_NO_xxx flag has apeared since 1.0.16.

    EDIT: Fixed first constant

Btw: at the moment I am trying very hard to build QT 4.7.4 for diablo.
    Wow!

    That looks amazing.

That is very far from amazing.

So far I've built QT 4.7.3 without maemo5 code (plain ./configure && make). I did not test it, and have no clue how it would look like on a device.

Since QT 4.7.4 was released few days ago, there was a debian section which did target maemo5 (configure -maemo5) . I've checked and it enables some additional C++ code, probably to enable seamless integration in existing environment. I don't know if we can use that code as well, or we have to make maemo4 equivalent.

In order to eliminate dependency issues, I am backporting packages from fremantle to diablo. At the moment I am stuck because pulseaudio uses alsa 1.0.19 (in fremantle), and alsa 1.0.14 does not provide all constants (and possibly behavior). If I backport alsa it may break existing applications.

Things that I still wish for:

    An updated version of SCUMM.
auouymous' script thingy and have a touch screen D-PAD that could be used for Picodrive and Drnoksnes. This will never happen.
Audacious though I think that probably would be far too intensive for the older tablet.
Singit plugin even if no one has an interest in this.
A final build for Dial Central.

And of course, I'll think of more tomorrow.

Addison why don't you try to build it yourself?

debian packaging is not that difficult.

^ Because I'm still.a ******ed gorilla after all of these years.

If I have problems installing most things in Maemo, how could I ever release something for it?

Here is ScummVM 1.3.1 for N8x0.

    I did not test.
I had to disable kyra engine due to the buggy CS compiler.
    Consider it a preview.

The cheap HP TouchPad I just bought reminds me a lot of my N800. It is powerful, cool, "real" linux, but buggy and incomplete with lots of closed bits. Ah, good times.

I wish Nokia made a big Maemo tablet...

I loved both my 770/N810, and was very disappointed when maemo got phone transformation.

The worst thing Nokia they did was to reduce the screen size to meet size of average contemporary phone, while competitors were working on tablets and phones with larger screens.

BTW: how much did you pay for TouchPad?
