    and ask for albert cooksey,

do not deal with *****s or be put on hold. if you are lucky enough to get his voicemail, state your name, your call back number and your dissappointment with their "lack of service."

As/of the post on 11-19 in the PM, Nokia said "we had some units a couple of weeks ago" and "we are expecting some more to arrive some time in December."

No idea of how many or when. When I asked how to get more information, the Albert's voicemail.

Still no response to my request that he call.

Just to chime in, my order status is actually "This order has been placed and is awaiting processing." It has been since yesterday morning, though. I'm pretty sure it was originally something like "open," so I'm not really sure what it means. I was probably one of the first few orders, having placed it immediately after it was announced here, a full day ahead of the slashdot appearance. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for Jan 31, 2006 though, so I won't be disappointed.

The /. crowd didn't jump on this unit they ripped it up and are prob still doing so. I ordered this before you did and when I place my order # on their site for an estimate of processing, it shows no existance of my order. call, after call, after call, order is in system, once they told me my unit in Queue, how they pulled that one out I have no idea, as I have yet to find anyone who can even begin to figure out how Trenton(Nokia-rep, some say he's nowhere near the warehouse, yet he acted like he was sitting on a box of 770's Thur night)figured a Que number for me?
