Hi,

This might have been asked for before, anyway, I didn't find it.

Is there a way for someone to package the top <x> flash games/apps into a .deb package that would be easily installed from the repositories? Not sure about any 'legalities' about such an approach either...

Quick answer. No.

Longer answer, you'd have to contact every flash game creator that you'd like in the package(s) and see if they would let them be redistributable.

Then the questions would be, would they allow the distribution of their games with other games, or would there be individual packages, and of course would you be able to run them as a standalone game, without the browser.

Obviously if the answer to the last question is no, then you may as well just use the browser and book mark the games you like.
