It's a design defect - push Nokia hard for a free (or at least reduced price) replacement - your 770 can't be that long out of warranty unless it is one of those produced in the first 3 months of production.

Okay thanks...I am thinking now, that I should phone Nokia , and ask them , the costs to repair my Nokia 770..that would be the best than..ah yes, btw, the Nokia Reapair center told me, next week on monday, comes a Guy back from holiday, and he will know a solution for my problem(the staff said that, they told me , he is an absolute freak )
