@Smuko you could link to my Guide in the Original Post if you like to so maybe people will ask less questions! I remember, I was one who didn't know anything on how to use it!
I have some notes:
- It's usually called CLI (Command-Line Interface) not CUI.
- There really is no need to do anything using root acount
- You can download and install just by taping http://maemo.org/packages/view/psx4m/ -> Latest Version -> File: psx4m_0.4.1_armel.deb
- The reason I chose MyDocs location for BIOS it is that FAT filesystem is not case-sensitive, so the filename could be cased anyway
