I have done the dist-upgrade in my SDK i was expecting not to need /opt/qt4-maemo5 anymore, but I can not find qmake neither any wt lib under /usr. Does anyone what to do? do I need to install a specific package to get qt 4.6 om PR1.2?

The autobuilder is PR1.2 not the device.
As Rob1n says, if you just want to build it for now, link with libqt4-dev and it will pull in the rest, but whatever it is that you are building based on QT4.6 wont work on your device until PR1.2 is released.
You could still link with libqt4-maemo5-dev I think, which is in /opt/qt4-maemo and may work on the device now but you wont be able to promote it as everything depending on libqt4-maemo5* is blocked since its not a released version of QT.
AFAIK this version of QT will remain in the device for QT4.7 and future development.
