Hi fellow maemo users, recently I have been having a problem with maemo and its wireless connection methods. Basically maemo requires the full wep key (the long one), but I'd rather use the short pin code, is there a way to do this? the reason for my request is sometimes I don't have a way to get the long wep key but the short pin code is avaible.

and I forgot to add, my maemo device sees my linksys modem as a wi-fi protected setup compliant and requires me to connect to it via pin code method as if I'm connecting to a device, but there is no way for it since it is just a router, is there a way to fix this aswell?

I tried with a wps enabled router, couldn't get it to connect, so I turned off wps on the router config and went back to using wep.

PR1.1 doesn't seem to like anything other than wep, roll on the next update.
