i just go mytube running and now it wont play or download vids.
since i ran it from xterm, it said youtube changed its servers and now it wont work.

please help me mod/hack mytube somehow

Yea, youtube changed some stuff. There should be a update out fairly soon for the apps.

I have also a problem with youtube programs,
a lot of them break down when I click on categories like "Most recent" and want to view the list.
There is no freezing or something else, the software breaks down
zoutube, mytube, canola with plugin and mediabox with plugin
I didn't have the problem before, but I don't know which app could have activated this "bug"

Hey, y'all, the YouTube website itself changed. Look at Engmex's post #5 above. That will fix mYTube. Someone will have to apply analogous fixes to the other YouTube apps.
