@ cjp, I agree for the most part, except for with YouTube you are not getting the full experience. I don't know about for you, but with my n900 YouTube is usable at best. Even over WiFi the video often lags and the quality is not the best.
I think a well made app that avoids a lot of the fluff from the website (i.e. comments) would be very useful for a website like YouTube.
