I'm developing an audio application which needs realtime interaction. thus I need very low latency for pcm playback. Does somebody know some tricks, how to achieve this on the N900. I'm currently using ALSA and don't get a very low latency. Can this be improved using Pulse? Which would be strange, since it's one layer above ALSA.
