There's an AndApp Store app that's supposed to fix Market. It says it needs root access, and it's like the only AppStore app I wasn't able to get to install.
The app's description says it's for people who can't get Market to work cause they're in the wrong country or with the wrong carrier or whatever. So it doesn't sound like it would necessarily apply to us.
