When dragging quickly from left (off the screen) to right, I find it easiest to use my fingernail or the supplied stylus. I have trouble getting the arrow icon when using my fingertip.

In Hover mode, what often happens to painted text is that it becomes de-selected once you're done painting.

I'm looking into this to see if I could figure out why it doesn't work as it is supposed to to file a bug report.

getting really frustrated with this copy paste thing.... i cant do it....

    ok here what im doing...
    -open the browser.....
-drag or swipe from left to right...
-icon with an arrow appears on the right bottom corner...
    -clicked it...
-then drag the stylus on the desired text im gonna copy... (this is where the problem starts) when i drag the whole page drags with it. i cannot highlight a text on the browser.... the only thing happens when i click the arrow on the right corner of the screen is the address bar appears. thats it...

i dont know what else to do?

    * put your finger near the speaker
    * swipe it to the right (onto the screen)
    * an arrow appears near the bottom left ( above the bookmarks icon)
    * tap on it - now there should be a red line through the arrow and a cursor arrow appears
    * select your text
    * press Ctrl-C on the keyboard (this copies)
    * tap on the arrow with the red line through it again to exit selection mode
    * go to wherever you need the text. Press Ctrl-V on the keyboard

you mean an arrow appears on the bottom right (not left)
did that... i clicked that but all that happens is the address bar appears. no cursor arrow or red line appearing...

after swiping to the right here comes the arrow...

after clicking the arrow... address bar appears... no redline... no cursor appers

now when i try to select a text to copy... i drag on to the text and the browser glides with me...

am i the only one having this problem? or i just cant do it?

    arrow on LEFT side
swipe your finger from left (right under the speaker outside the boundary of the screen) to right (into the screen)

When I do it, the arrow appears on the left, not the right, the red line appears when I click the arrow, and it works perfectly.

Your firmware is up to date?

Look thru settings and see if something might affect this.

lol, DO NOT click on the mouse icon!

just go to the place where u want to select the text. hold the SHIFT button (this will act like the left mouse button) then select the desired part
