^The shipping cost is not included probably because they are not shipping currently just taking orders as it will only start shipping after 2 or 3 weeks? Maybe they will ask you to pay for shipping separately

When you go and checkout, you'll see that PayPal shows the item price, the shipping costs are added on the confirmation page.

I got the email with confirmation link after purchase. Clicked it, confirmation page opened, so I think I am good with the purchase?
About the mail with the link: that was a wrong setting Has been disabled.
The European orders will be shipped as soon as the shipment gets here. It will depend a bit on customs.
