i have a problem with the sound when anybody call me i cant listen him good ,The sound is very low!!!!1 help please

Have to ask this obvious question - during the conversation did you try to make the volume louder?

yes i do it evrytime but nothing!

I had a similar problem and I took my phone in to repair.
Still waiting for it to return.

So I think you should take your phone to the repair center: Nokia Care.
